TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, AND TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE AND THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, AND TO THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE UNITED STATES, IN CONGRESS ASSEMBLED, AND TO THE UNITED STATES SECRETARY OF STATE, AND TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF STATE:

We, your Memorialists, the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Washington, in legislative session assembled, respectfully represent and petition as follows:

WHEREAS, Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi was born on July 27, 1998, and raised in West Seattle, where she demonstrated an early and enduring commitment to the principles of human rights, peace, and justice; and

WHEREAS, Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi was a student at West Seattle High School and loved spending time by the water at Lincoln Park in West Seattle; and
