A document is missing for my state.
Coverage depends on what the state publishes and on the ingestion configuration for that state. Send the citation and we will check whether it is a source gap or an indexing gap.
An AI answer cited the wrong section.
Send the question and the answer. Retrieval quality is measurable, and mis-citations are a bug we fix rather than a limitation we accept.
How current is the data?
The sync runs nightly. Each state page shows when it was last synced; each document shows its own date.
Can I get more AI questions?
The monthly allowance is set by plan. Enterprise allowances are configured per account.
How do I add teammates?
Owners and admins can invite from the workspace under Team.
