AN ACT Relating to corporate powers; and adding a new chapter to Title 23B RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The definitions in this section apply throughout this title and Titles 23 and 24 RCW unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

(1) "Ballot measure activity" means making a contribution or expenditure to directly or indirectly support or oppose passage of a ballot measure.
