AN ACT Relating to tax exemptions for nonprofit organizations that manage interscholastic programs for public and private schools; amending RCW 82.04.3651 and 82.04.4282 ; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 82.04.3651 and 2010 c 106 s 208 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) This chapter does not apply to amounts received from fund-raising activities by nonprofit organizations, as defined in subsection (2) of this section, and libraries as defined in RCW 27.12.010 .

(2) As used in this section, a "nonprofit organization" means:
