AN ACT Relating to revising the responsibilities of the state transportation commission; amending RCW 47.01.051 , 47.04.280 , 47.06.020 , 47.26.170 , 47.01.250 , 47.12.330 , 47.06.040 , 36.70A.085 , 47.05.030 , and 47.80.070 ; adding a new section to chapter 47.01 RCW; and repealing RCW 47.01.071 , 47.01.075 , and 47.26.440 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 47.01 RCW to read as follows:
