AN ACT Relating to rental property disclosures of flooding history and flood risk; and reenacting and amending RCW 59.18.060 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 59.18.060 and 2023 c 331 s 5 and 2023 c 105 s 8 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

The landlord will at all times during the tenancy keep the premises fit for human habitation, and shall in particular:
