AN ACT Relating to financial aid awards for students attending private four-year and two-year institutions of higher education; amending RCW 28B.92.030 ; reenacting and amending RCW 28B.118.010 ; and adding a new section to chapter 28B.92 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 28B.92.030 and 2025 c 395 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
