AN ACT Relating to legalizing the home cultivation of cannabis by persons who are 21 years of age and older; amending RCW 69.50.4013 , 69.50.401 , 69.50.505 , 69.50.101 , and 69.50.101 ; adding new sections to chapter 69.50 RCW; prescribing penalties; providing an effective date; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 69.50.4013 and 2024 c 9 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:
