AN ACT Relating to the taxation of kratom; adding a new chapter to Title 82 RCW; prescribing penalties; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

(1) "Affiliated" means related in any way by virtue of any form or amount of common ownership, control, operation, or management.
