AN ACT Relating to preventing an oversupply of cannabis; amending RCW 69.50.325 and 69.50.331 ; adding a new section to chapter 69.50 RCW; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 69.50 RCW to read as follows:

(1) For purposes of this section the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
