AN ACT Relating to offenses involving unlawful possession of a firearm by a juvenile; amending RCW 9.41.040 and 13.40.0357 ; and prescribing penalties.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 9.41.040 and 2025 c 122 s 5 are each amended to read as follows:

(1)(a) A person, whether an adult or juvenile, is guilty of the crime of unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree:
