AN ACT Relating to the definition of "rural county" for purposes of public facilities funding; amending RCW 82.14.370 ; and reenacting and amending RCW 43.160.020 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 43.160.020 and 2024 c 86 s 2 and 2024 c 47 s 1 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter.
