AN ACT Relating to the protection of voluntary supplied personal information of local government employees; amending RCW 42.56.250 ; reenacting and amending RCW 42.56.250 ; providing an effective date; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 42.56.250 and 2025 c 283 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) The following employment and licensing information is exempt from public inspection and copying under this chapter:
