AN ACT Relating to the annual reporting of information associated with sales of vehicles subject to the advanced clean trucks regulations; adding a new section to chapter 70A.30 RCW; creating a new section; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. (1) The legislature finds that:

(a) The transition to zero emissions vehicles, including the implementation of the advanced clean trucks regulations, represents a shift in the Washington state's transportation and economic landscape;
