AN ACT Relating to reinstituting parole; adding a new section to chapter 9.95 RCW; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 9.95 RCW to read as follows:

(1) The parole reinstitution work group is established. The president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives jointly shall appoint the following members:
