AN ACT Relating to the professional engineers' registration act; amending RCW 18.43.030 , 18.43.033 , 18.43.035 , 18.43.040 , 18.43.050 , 18.43.060 , 18.43.070 , 18.43.080 , 18.43.100 , 18.43.130 , 18.43.150 , 18.43.170 , and 18.43.200 ; and reenacting and amending RCW 18.43.020 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 18.43.020 and 2019 c 442 s 8 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
