AN ACT Relating to transferring early literacy programs from the department of children, youth, and families to the office of the superintendent of public instruction; amending RCW 43.216.200 ; adding new sections to chapter 28A.300 RCW; and recodifying RCW 43.216.200 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 43.216.200 and 2022 c 39 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:
