AN ACT Relating to the use of school impact fees; amending RCW 82.02.050 ; repealing RCW 82.02.110 ; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 82.02.050 and 2015 c 241 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:
