AN ACT Relating to providing certainty for the development of low-to-zero carbon alternative jet fuel production in Washington state; amending RCW 82.04.287 , 82.04.436 , 82.04.4361 , and 82.16.187 ; creating a new section; and providing expiration dates.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. (1) The legislature finds that:

(a) Constructing alternative jet fuel production facilities requires significant capital investment and long development timelines;
