AN ACT Relating to establishing data and personal safety protections within areas of public accommodation for all Washington residents; adding a new section to chapter 43.216 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 43.10 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 28A.320 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 70.02 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 28B.10 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 29A.04 RCW; creating a new section; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 43.216 RCW to read as follows:

(1) Except as required by state or federal law, or as required to administer a state or federally supported early learning or child care program, early learning providers may not do either of the following:
