AN ACT Relating to protecting the voter registration database; amending RCW 42.56.425 and 29A.84.150 ; prescribing penalties; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 42.56.425 and 2023 c 404 s 4 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) The following information related to election security is exempt from disclosure under this chapter:
