AN ACT Relating to the Washington college grant and college bound scholarship program for students attending private four-year not-for-profit institutions of higher education in Washington; amending RCW 28B.92.030 ; and reenacting and amending RCW 28B.118.010 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 28B.92.030 and 2025 c 395 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
