AN ACT Relating to encouraging construction of affordable housing by reducing costs in the permitting process; and amending RCW 36.70B.020 and 36.70B.120 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 36.70B.020 and 2025 c 102 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:

Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter.
