AN ACT Relating to creating a grant program to promote local workforce development, reduce transportation pollution, and strengthen food sovereignty and climate and disaster resiliency; amending RCW 50.75.020 ; and adding a new section to chapter 50.75 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 50.75 RCW to read as follows:
