AN ACT Relating to expanding the locations where a person can be guilty of unlawful transit conduct to include the Washington state ferries; amending RCW 9.91.025 ; and prescribing penalties.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 9.91.025 and 2009 c 279 s 3 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) A person is guilty of unlawful transit conduct if, while on or in a transit vehicle or in or at a transit station, he or she knowingly:
