AN ACT Relating to the delivery of electronic admission tickets; and adding a new section to chapter 19.345 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 19.345 RCW to read as follows:

A ticket seller must immediately deliver an electronic admission ticket upon receiving confirmation of payment.
