AN ACT Relating to regulation of transportation network companies during large-scale events; and amending RCW 49.46.300 , 46.72B.050 , and 46.72B.190 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 49.46.300 and 2022 c 281 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) The definitions in this subsection apply throughout this section and RCW 49.46.310 through 49.46.350 unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
