READ FIRST TIME 02/19/25.

AN ACT Relating to reducing prescription drug costs by eliminating barriers impeding access to biosimilar medicines and interchangeable biological products; and amending RCW 48.43.420 , 41.05.410 , 69.41.120 , and 69.41.125 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 48.43.420 and 2019 c 171 s 3 are each amended to read as follows:

For health plans delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed on or after January 1, 2021:
