AN ACT Relating to providing tax relief for certain incidental uses on open space land; and amending RCW 84.34.020 and 84.34.108 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 84.34.020 and 2014 c 125 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
