AN ACT Relating to exempting dialysis services provided to residents of a skilled nursing facility within the facility from certificate of need requirements; and reenacting and amending RCW 70.38.111 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 70.38.111 and 2024 c 259 s 5, 2024 c 165 s 1, and 2024 c 121 s 23 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

(1) The department shall not require a certificate of need for the offering of an inpatient tertiary health service by:
