AN ACT Relating to exempting a concealed pistol license holder from the prohibition against importing firearms classified as assault rifles; and amending RCW 9.41.390 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 9.41.390 and 2023 c 162 s 3 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) No person in this state may manufacture, import, distribute, sell, or offer for sale any assault weapon, except as authorized in this section.

(2) Subsection (1) of this section does not apply to any of the following:
