AN ACT Relating to accessing an emergency supply of insulin; and adding new sections to chapter 70.330 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The definitions in this section apply throughout sections 2 and 3 of this act unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

(1) "Authority" means the health care authority.
