AN ACT Relating to the new environmental accelerator for salmon recovery and ecological resiliency projects; amending RCW 43.42.030 ; adding a new section to chapter 43.42 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 44.28 RCW; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 43.42 RCW to read as follows:

(1) An environmental accelerator is established within the office to provide regulatory flexibility for salmon recovery and ecological resiliency projects and programs funded with climate commitment act revenue.
