AN ACT Relating to extending the water supply milestone for the Yakima river basin integrated plan to 2035; amending RCW 90.38.010 , 90.38.110 , 90.38.120 , and 90.38.130 ; providing an effective date; providing an expiration date; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 90.38.010 and 2013 2nd sp.s. c 11 s 2 are each amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
