AN ACT Relating to transferring dedicated accounts for certain professional licenses to the business and professions account; amending RCW 43.24.150 ; creating a new section; repealing RCW 18.08.240 , 18.39.810 , 18.96.210 , 18.140.260 , 18.220.120 , and 18.310.160 ; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 43.24.150 and 2017 c 281 s 40 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) The business and professions account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from business or professional licenses, registrations, certifications, renewals, examinations, or civil penalties assessed and collected by the department from the following chapters must be deposited into the account:
