AN ACT Relating to body worn cameras within corrections agencies; amending RCW 10.109.030 ; reenacting and amending RCW 42.56.240 ; and adding a new section to chapter 10.109 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 10.109 RCW to read as follows:

(1) The department of children, youth, and families shall establish a pilot program for the use of body worn cameras at Green Hill school by January 1, 2026.
