AN ACT Relating to juvenile detention pending disposition of a crime; and amending RCW 13.40.040 and 13.40.020 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 13.40.040 and 2017 3rd sp.s. c 6 s 606 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) A juvenile may be taken into custody:
