AN ACT Relating to modifying small works requirements for cities; and reenacting and amending RCW 35.22.620 and 35.23.352 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 35.22.620 and 2023 c 395 s 20 and 2023 c 255 s 3 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

(1) As used in this section, the term "public works" means as defined in RCW 39.04.010 .
