AN ACT Relating to calculating the provider rate for certain community residential services; adding a new section to chapter 71A.12 RCW; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 71A.12 RCW to read as follows:

(1) The department shall use the King county classification for the purposes of determining the provider rate in Snohomish county for community residential service businesses as defined in RCW 74.39A.009 .
