AN ACT Relating to the establishment of legal education programs at community and technical colleges; and adding new sections to chapter 28B.50 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 28B.50 RCW to read as follows:

Subject to appropriations, Columbia Basin College, Yakima Valley College, and Walla Walla College must each offer a prelaw associate's degree program.
