AN ACT Relating to the uniform custodial trust act; amending RCW 11.135.010 ; and adding a new chapter to Title 11 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. DEFINITIONS. As used in this chapter:

(1) "Adult" means an individual who is at least 18 years of age.
