AN ACT Relating to hemp-derived cannabinoid products; amending RCW 15.140.020 , 69.50.101 , 69.50.101 , and 69.50.325 ; adding new sections to chapter 15.140 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 69.50 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 82.32 RCW; creating a new section; prescribing penalties; providing effective dates; providing an expiration date; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 15.140.020 and 2023 c 365 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
