AN ACT Relating to increasing the short plat threshold; amending RCW 58.17.060 ; and reenacting and amending RCW 58.17.020 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 58.17.020 and 2025 c 271 s 1 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

As used in this chapter, unless the context or subject matter clearly requires otherwise, the words or phrases defined in this section shall have the indicated meanings.
