AN ACT Relating to transfers on death of vehicle titles; amending RCW 11.02.005 , 11.07.010 , 11.11.010 , 46.12.540 , 46.12.530 , and 46.12.555 ; reenacting and amending RCW 11.86.011 and 46.12.670 ; and adding a new chapter to Title 11 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The following definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

(1) "Beneficiary" means a person designated to receive a vehicle in a transfer on death title.
