AN ACT Relating to exempting limited equity cooperatives from the Washington uniform common interest ownership act; amending RCW 64.90.010 , 64.90.360 , and 84.36.675 ; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 64.90.010 and 2025 c 119 s 6 are each amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
