BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 9.94A.695 and 2024 c 373 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) A defendant is eligible for the mental health sentencing alternative if:
