AN ACT Relating to patient access to elective percutaneous coronary interventions in ambulatory surgical facilities; and amending RCW 70.38.128 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 70.38.128 and 2007 c 440 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) To promote the stability of Washington's cardiac care delivery system, (( by July 1, 2008, the department of health shall adopt )) the department of health shall:
