AN ACT Relating to establishing the state security guards industry standards board; reenacting and amending RCW 43.79A.040 and 43.79A.040 ; adding a new section to chapter 18.170 RCW; adding a new chapter to Title 49 RCW; providing an effective date; and providing an expiration date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

(1) "Board" means the state security guards industry standards board established under this chapter.
