AN ACT Relating to providing a definition for imminent physical harm in the context of child welfare; and reenacting and amending RCW 13.34.030 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 13.34.030 and 2024 c 328 s 101, 2024 c 298 s 4, and 2024 c 192 s 2 are each reenacted and amended to read as follows:

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
