AN ACT Relating to permit review processes; amending RCW 36.70B.020 , 36.70B.070 , 36.70B.080 , and 36.70B.060 ; reenacting and amending RCW 36.70B.160 ; adding a new section to chapter 54.04 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 43.21A RCW; adding a new section to chapter 57.08 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 86.09 RCW; and adding a new section to chapter 43.21C RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

Sec. 1. RCW 36.70B.020 and 2025 c 102 s 1 are each amended to read as follows:

Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter.
